Treatment Options

In Person

Main location is a beautiful therapy room in New Farm with full privacy.

There is a private waiting room, shared with a couple of other psychologists. There is water, coffee, and tea available. Please make yourelf at home while waiting.

You will receive an e-mail with all information after booking.

Video Call

Video sessions are increasingly popular and to my surprise, they are just as effective as face-to-face sessions.

With the added advantage of talking to your psychologist from the comfort of your own home. Some people prefer talking in their car, some in the park. Wherever you can find privacy and peace.

Phone Call

If your internet connection isn't the best, or if you're just not a fan of cameras, phone calls are a great way to engage in therapy.

There is less pressure around looking someone in the eyes. Moreover, because we are not distracted by visuals, the therapist can actually focus a lot better on your voice, a strong tool in non-verbal communication.

Chat

Some people prefer a simple chat. Things might be easier to say in text.

This is an ideal format for people who feel uncomfortable in typical social contexts.
