You can book a session with Rosien or someone else in our team here:

Book Session via Brisbane Wellbeing

By booking you agree to the terms and conditions:

The fee is 270 for a standard session. With a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you will get a rebate of 136.35 AUD making the out of pocket cost 133.65 AUD.

If you need a discount, please contact us beforehand. As there are limited spots for bulk billed and for discounted sessions, this is not guaranteed.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel or change sessions easily online up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Sometimes there are good reasons for cancelling appointments. However, unlike brief medical appointments, it is rarely possible for me to arrange at short notice for another client to fill a cancelled psychology appointment that runs for 50 minutes or more. Where you provide less than two business days’ notice to cancel or change an appointment, or where you fail to attend an appointment, you will be charged a fee for that appointment time.

As per the
Australian Psychological Society recommendations, cancellation fees are as follows:

24-48 hours prior: 50 AUD
<24 hours prior: 100% session fee

This policy serves the purposes of ensuring commitment to your treatment, as well as allowing us to maintain a viable service in support of our clients. Fees are payable at the time of cancellation.
